Pan fried eggplant served in a tasty ponzu dressing. Easy to prepare and serve chilled.

The combination of eggplant, shiso leaves, and the ponzu sauce is simply amazing. If you are having a party, you can even prepare this beforehand so you’ll have plenty of time to work on the main course.
