Jim’s a guy just trying to make cool pancakes for his daughter… well, he’s succeeding!  I stumbled across this site the other day, and not only does he have some very interesting pancake ideas, but he also has how to videos on making some of them.  Very cool.  Here are a couple of the more bizarre that I really got a kick out of!

Says Jim: Have you ever been faced with this dilemma: I want pancakes, but I also want a cheeseburger? Well, worry no more. Introducing the pancake burger. Bun, burger, tomato, cheese and lettuce. Oh, there’s fries and ketchup too. Allie friggin loved this one, she said it’s the best burger she’s ever had.
