		<description><![CDATA[A very light dusting of cinnamon and maybe a bit of sugar turns them into a dessert/snack. I&#039;ve done these for years but instead of drizzling the olive oil, I drop them into a ziplock bag, add the olive oil and mix it all up to thoroughly coat. (they start oxidizing pretty quick)

If you scrub them well and slice into rounds, you don&#039;t have to peel them. The peels will easily pull off after they are out of the oven and everyone can &quot;peel&quot; their own! (I guess that would mean dinner is VERY casual!)]]></description>
