Diet Tokri chaat

This Diet Tokri chaat is a healthy option for snack. It is packed with nutrition and its seriously satisfying to your taste buds.

Ingredients:

6 slices of Brown Bread.
1/4tsp chilli flakes,oregano and chaat masala.
For Filling:
1 cup moong sprouts- boiled
1/2 cup onion chopped finely
1/2 cup cucumber chopped finely
1/2 cup tomatoes chopped finely
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn
1 tbsn dates chutney
1 tsp lime juice.
1 tsp Tomato ketchup

Instructions:

Method:
Moist the bread slices and roll it thinly.
Mix the seasonings with little water.
Take a muffin tray place the moist bread squares in them with little water and herbs.
(i used square muffin tray in my recipe)
Place them on the low rack and grill on both for 8-9 minutes or till evenly crisp.
Once the tokri is ready remove it from the oven.
Mix the sprouts..vegetables..chutney and lime juice.
Arrange the tokris on a plate..now put all the ingredients together and top it with tomato ketchup.
