Dabbled fave Duh-licious has a tasty looking treat for Cinco de Mayo…  I love the idea of these guacamole rolls, and if you’re feeling too lazy to roll them, she also has an option to just serve them as guacamole with homemade dipping chips.  yum!

Mădălina says: I love the texture of this recipe: the guacamole is creamy and smooth, while the fried tortilla shell lends the perfect amount of crunch. No dipping needed.

Okay, so the name could use a little tweeking, but the recipe is spot on.  Feliz Cinco de Mayo.
