Black Cod with Miso

Black cod, or sablefish, is known sometimes as “butterfish” as they are silky rich in omega-3 fats. This creamy white flesh pairs extremely well with sweet miso paste that is a tiny bit salty, and I’m pretty sure you will fall in love with this recipe.

From the original site: Black Cod with Miso is a popular Japanese dish served around the world and also offered in fine Japanese restaurants such Bas Nobu. In Japan we refer to this dish’s cooking method as Saikyo Yaki. Saikyo in Japanese means “West City” and it’s actually the previous name for Kyoto.
