This is a summer pastry for a country like ours. Light, crisp, versatile, delightful … amazing pie!
From the original site: Junes Daring Baker challenge of Baklava reignited the pastry baker in me. The success of home made phyllo won me over, and soon enough I made another batch of dough. This time it ended up rather deliciously in a Cherry Phyllo Pie.
