Croissants you can conquer
This recipe stems from Julia Child’s traditional Croissants and Pain au Chocolat recipe. It might seem a bit daunting at first, but you realise that’s because each step is really detailed out, to help walk you through the entire process. It makes something so complicated and challenging quite a cakewalk. And you’re sure to feel so proud of yourself at the end. So, if you’ve been thinking croissants are not for you, or been pushing trying it out to that someday that never comes, let this recipe change all of that for you. (Recipe was part of a Daring Bakers Challenge)
From the original site: Croissants were the epicentre of breakfast each morning. Fresh from the over, fluffy, and warm, slathered with unsalted butter, papaya vanilla jam . Delish.
