My mother remembers my grandmother making these, and I remember making them with my mom for easter. They are a great fun project to with the kids… or an interesting addition to an easter brunch spread!

I originally published this last year, but I figured it would be fun to share again with our new readers!

Cake Filled Eggshells:

You’ll need: Eggshells, Cake Batter (from homemade or mix), mini muffin tins, an icepick or other sharp pointy object.
