How to Slice a Bell Pepper
There are many ways to slice or chop up a bell pepper, but this method will give you nice, neat slices or lovely little square cubes. For a dish where neatness and presentation count, I'd use the neat slices of pepper, and save the 'less neat' pieces to throw into an omelet or salad later. How to Chop an Onion
This is one of those technique that seams obvious in retrospect, but never occurred to me until someone showed me. So I figured there might be some others out there who could benefit from it!
