		<description><![CDATA[There are many ways to slice or chop up a bell pepper, but this method will give you nice, neat slices or lovely little square cubes.  For a dish where neatness and presentation count, I'd use the neat slices of pepper, and save the 'less neat' pieces to throw into an omelet or salad later.
