		<description>@cindy - to be honest i&#039;ve never used liquid smoke, so am not familiar with how it might affect the flavor.  i would imagine, though, that it would add a smokiness to the final product.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve had this at Niki&#039;s house several times and I actually find myself thinking about it often and craving it.  It&#039;s the best pork I&#039;ve ever eaten (sorry, bacon!) and Niki has mastered the art of cooking it to perfection.</description>
