Reader Deb, of Deb Cooks…, sends us this recipe, which I thought was perfect to share with you guys.  Pork tenderloin is a favorite of mine–it’s tasty, healthy, and quick cooking–and I’m always looking for new recipes for it. I love the idea of serving this with Chinese Pancakes.

char sui pork, slicedDeb writes:

I have been making this delicious dish for quite a few years now. In fact my love of chinese food encouraged me to cook occasionally in the days when cooking was a very rare thing for me. Perhaps this should have been the first to show on my blog, but I’ve only just learned to add photos too and this is one dish which has to be photographed.
This dish is a firm favourite in our household. It can be eaten in so many ways. Our preferred method is to serve with pancakes, cucumber and spring onions rather than the typical peking duck.
It can be added to rice dishes, eaten on it’s own, added to other chinese dishes including noodles. The list is endless.
