Carrots (baby carrots, carrot sticks, or carrot coins work great)
Salt
Pepper
Balsamic vinegar
Cookie sheet
Tin foil
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to roast at 450 degrees F. Toss carrots in balsamic vinegar and add salt and pepper, to taste. Line cookie sheet in foil and lay out your carrots. Place tray in oven for 15 minutes.
