I hope everyone is gearing up for a lovely Weekend!  Here in Atlanta it’s going to be beautiful, but HOT…

So, here are some ideas for cooling off!

(Oh, quick message: Giving away 500 free business cards on Dabbled today – pop over here to enter!)

Thirsty?  Make a Cucumber Gimlet at Crumpets and Cakes!

Or maybe some Homemade Herbal Lemonade with these instructions from Straight From The Farm?  I’m feeling cooler already…

Cucumber Gimlet

Homemade Herbal Lemonade

Mascarpone Ice Cream

How about something frozen?

Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt Sherbet

Star Shaped Fruit Salad

Banana Ice Cream Pops

This Star Shaped Fruit salad from Chica & Jo is clever and fun!  It would make a great side dish.

Don’t heat up the kitchen for dinner, grill out instead!  Here are some tasty looking  Rum Glazed Shrimp and Mango Skewers from Teenie Cakes

Oh, and finish up the grilling night with her Grilled Peaches too.

Raspberry Beret Ice Cream Macaron

Rum Glazed Shrimp and Mango with Spinach

We hope these give you some good summer ideas and inspiration!
