Green Peas with egg fry is a delicious and nutritious food. Already we know egg contains protein which is very healthy. In this recipe i have added green peas and egg together to prepare yummy stir fry.
Especially my kids loves this recipe and often I prepares at home. Normally i used to stuff with chapathi and make a roll. Sometimes we can stuff with bread and make it as a egg sandwich. It act as best lunch box recipe for school kids.
In a morning busy time we can prepare quickly this dish. Not only for breads and chapathi, roti it serve as a best side dish for variety rices such as Tamarind rice, Lemon rice …
Beginners in cooking and bachelors can try this recipe. We can also add some more vegetables such as diced potato, carrots which adds more taste. Many kids fond of Green peas.
Ingredients:
Eggs – 2
Boiled Green Peas – 100gm
Big Onion – 2
Tomato – 1
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Salt- to taste
Oil for seasoning
Instructions:
Heat a kadai or pan with oil, add finely chopped onion.
Once the onion becomes translucent, add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
Add finely chopped tomato ,spice powders and salt.
No need to add water as tomato gives away water.
Now add boiled green peas and finally crack the eggs ,stir well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
