Apple and Dates Milkshake

Apple and Dates Milkshake an excellent nutritious and healthy breakfast drink, it has high nutrition value of dates and goodness of an apple. The recipe of Apple and Dates Milkshake is very easy.


2 cups of Milk
1 Apple
8-10 or 1/4 cup deseeded finely chopped dates.
Honey/sugar to taste (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)


In a bowl take chopped dates and 1/2 cup of warm milk
Soak them for approx 20 minutes.
Cut the apple into small pieces
Keep all the ingredients in the blender.
Blend all of the ingredients until you get a smooth paste.
Serve immediately.
