Whoever invented it…thank you! Guacamole is so great on tacos, burgers, sandwiches – and especially just by itself with tortilla chips.
So here is a little post to share with you the way I make it!
From the original site: Gently stir everything together without mashing. Adjust the flavors, salt, lime according to taste.
Or, double the recipe with 3 avocados!
Also: A cool thing you can do if you really need to make it a couple hours beforehand…pack the guacamole into a cup such as a coffee mug, and place thinly sliced limes all over the top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for maybe 1 hour. It won’t turn brown, hooray!
