I love it when I am able to recreate a dish that I enjoyed elsewhere. One of the grocery stores I frequently shop is Whole Foods. I love this place and it serves as a food inspiration for me. They always have something new to sample and their dips of all descriptions are marketed via food stations throughout the store and usually by the cheese counter. I first encountered their cheddar-cheese-horseradish-dip earlier this year and recreated that one with much success so I’ve decided to recreate their feta salsa.

The Culinary Chase’s Note: Mmm, good! Use the quantities as a guideline depending on your taste and go from there. If you buy feta that’s already crumbled, you may need to add more oil as it may be dry. This was so easy to whip up. Enjoy!
